Life's a Pitch Legends Special Saturday, 13th Apr 2013 01:07 Town stars of the past such as Micky Stockwell, Alan Brazil, Ray Crawford, Simon Milton, Colin Harper, Jason Dozzell and Bryan Hamilton, as well as ex-chairman David Sheepshanks and also Peterborough United director of football Barry Fry, will be amongst this week’s special guests on BBC Radio Suffolk’s Life’s a Pitch, which is live over Saturday lunchtime direct from Portman Road (midday to 2pm). Presenter Mark Murphy is joined by the show’s other regulars, legend-in-residence Kevin Beattie, football’s youngest pundit Tractorboy and TWTD’s Phil Ham. Blues legends galore will be at Saturday’s game against Hull City with the ex-players’ dinner having taken place on Friday evening. They will also be in Legends after the game for Legends in Legends. Fry will be speaking ahead of his sporting dinner at Greshams in Tuddenham Road on Friday 19th April (7.30pm). A single ticket to the dinner costs £25 (10% discount for Greshams members), while a table of 10 is £225. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
