Far-Flung Fans Meeting Up to Watch Season Opener Saturday, 9th Aug 2014 05:15 With Saturday’s opening fixture of the season being shown live on TV in the UK and abroad, Town fans across the country and around the globe will be meeting up in pubs and bars to watch the game (Sky Sports 1/HD1, KO 5.15pm). The Northern Ireland Branch of the Supporters Club are meeting up in the Basement Bar in Belfast (no colours permitted in city centre bars if you’re planning to join them), while two venues have been organised by the South-West Branch. Those way out west, can pop along to the Volunteer Inn in Sidmouth, while Toto's is the place to be in Bristol city centre. If you are planning to come along, the South-West Branch ask if you could email Tony Stimson to let them know so they are aware of the probable numbers. If you’re watching the match at a pub or bar in some far-flung part of the nation or world, post it below. Please do not post links to illegal streams.
