Portman Road’s turnstiles and stadium bars will be open from 10.45am ahead of the 12.15pm kick-off. “We will be dealing with fans as they would expect to be treated. There will be a strong, visible policing presence and our style will be firm, friendly and fair. “The police operation has been developed to ensure everyone has a safe day out. Our focus will be on the management of areas where we have seen issues before at other matches as fans travel to and from the stadium.”
