![]() Tuesday, 5th Mar 2002 11:56 Bury Football Club has less than two weeks to raise £400,000. The club that gave us David Johnson (and took Chris Swailes) will fold if this figure is not raised. One fund raising idea that the club have come up with is for supporters to purchase a seat at Gigg Lane. There are 12,000 seats that are now up for sale, each at £10. Not only will you be raising money for Bury FC, but you will also be entered into a prize draw to win 10% of the funds raised. The club that raises the most money (other than Bury!) will have 50 fans invited down to a game next year for VIP treatment including a tour of the ground, meeting the players and a thank you on the pitch at half time. TWTD have purchased a couple of seats, and if you'd like to contribute you can ring 0161 764 4881 or visit their website at " target="_blank">http://www.buryfc.co.uk
