![]() Tuesday, 26th Mar 2002 17:41 Matt Holland is in the starting line-up for Ireland's friendly with Denmark in Dublin on Wednesday evening. Fellow midfielder Jim Magilton is also in action, for Northern Ireland in Liechenstein. Holland will be joined in the centre of midfield by Mark Kinsella, the player who he is likely to be competing with for a starting position alongside Roy Keane during the World Cup. Mick McCarthy has already confirmed that Holland will be in his World Cup squad, fitness-permitting. Magilton is an almost certain starter for the Ulstermen in Vaduz as Sammy McIlroy's squad has already suffered a number of withdrawals including Celtic's Neil Lennon and Manchester City's Kevin Horlock. Irish team: Kiely, G Kelly, Staunton (capt), Cunningham, Harte, McAteer, Holland, Kinsella, Duff, Keane, Morrison.
