No Rap For George

George Burley has escaped any punishment for his tirade against Saturday's referee Michael Jones. In the closing stages Jones failed to award Town a penalty when Richard Naylor was pulled down by Kevin Muscat even after his linesman had flagged a foul. Buley later branded Jones a disgrace and there was talk of action being taken against him However, Jones has not mentioned the incident in his report and George will not face action.

Marcus Stewart should be back for Sunday's game with crisis torn Norwich City. Town's record signiong missed out at the weekend with a groin injury picked up in training. Town were more than anything missing a cutting edge at Molineux which Stewart could provide Sunday.

Kieron Dyer's Ipswich based girlfriend Josie Jefferson is pregnant with their child. The former Town player is said to be delighted with the unplanned pregnancy. The couple, who have been together since their Westbourne High School days, are not planning to marry and Josie says she will stay in Ipswich whilst Kieron lives in Newcastle.
