We defended well and attacked with purpose but not much in between. Too many players can't keep the ball just need more confidence

Why can't we play the whole 90mins like we did the 2nd half. Bersant should start all games if he's fit, he gives so much confidence to the rest of the players. We've proved we can play the ball on the ground 2nd half, instead of Hoof Ball, we don't have any target men to be doing that. Give the supporters something to cheer and the crowd will get behind the players just like they did 2nd half.

First half a boring non event aside from Waghorn goal which woke the players and crowd up.
The second half saw us score two very good goals (McGoldrick and Celina) to deservedly Beat a bereft of confidence PNE.
I just wish Town would attack from the first minute instead of sitting back waiting to see what the opposition may or may not do.

The first half, an excellent double save by Bart early on, an excellent freekick goal by Waghorn just before half time. That was it.
The second half, much better fayre, The Town at last on the front foot and at last playing decent football with Webster beginning to look the business and Spence returning to form after a couple of torrid games at full back. The later supplying a perfect cross for McGoldrick to score with a well placed header. The exciting Celina blasted home our third goal, his 5th of the year, to the fans delight, I think Mick is coming round to liking him?
Special mention should be made of the contribution put in by Kevin Bru, coming on for the injured Skuse, he put in a worthy performance that should awaken other clubs of his availability if not our own.

The first half was dire and Mcgoldrick was the only good player on the pitch. However, second half we switched on and I thought everyone put in a good performance. My man of the match was Mcgoldrick for his quick movement and great header. Garner was again fabulous in the air and Celina played brilliantly.

A game of two halves. There number 9 was causing us some issues in the first half until the ref woke up. The second half we started playing more attacking football that paid off dividends. I thought their number 4 - Ben Pearson looked like a very handy midfield player indeed - just what our team needs.
