And if I were a season ticket holder ( fortunately I have more sense than money )
I would be bloody livid.
Don't hold out for any financial rewards for your loyalty, Adeyemi, Huws and Knudsen are due a new Mercedes at the end of this month.
The days that I pay for the pathetic excuses that represent this once, proud, successful, family club that used to be the envy of the land are long gone.
There is a fine line between loyalty and stupidity and I for one won't be crossing it in the near future!

Love that post mate lol, my little girl still loves the club football etc, but my boys only coming every now and again, there's only so many times I can tell him to stick with em hey, and that's another point we're missing a generation of fans here, my kids both play and at training they're the only ones wearing town tops, you don't need to be a genius to work out all other kids are wearing Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool etc Evans needs to sell our club ( however hard it would be) to someone that wants the best for it because he quite clearly doesn't

It has got to the stage where people no longer take the pi55 when they find out I'm an Ipswich fan.

Why would they?

It's totally irrelevant and meaningless.

I get an "Oh are you?" Before they carry on talking about real football teams.

when our above average players with ability to improve chose to leave, instead of playing for previous manager (PH).. that was a clear sign club was damaged. Repair jobs have been done on cheap for ages (Not that it's always down to dosh to make a good team) it's a total overhaul we need as players we have don't seem to want to improve. With some nouse we could surprise many. I for one is and will never be a defeatist in any form

@Wrighty84. First of all Craig, for play to you for voicing your frustration on Radio Suffolk - I was not mocking you by the way more - I was interested to know if you posted here and listening to you every week on the other side of the radio doesn't allow a reply (of course).

So apologies, if it came across that way, it was more tongue-in-cheek response to your radio phone ins, which in the main I enjoy. However, I can't agree with all of your opinions and I guess that what makes football what it is.

It is nice to know that there are many fans out there including yourself that care as much as I do, this season really hurts and losing wrecks your weekend. I totally get it.

I agree with 90% of what you say. I was following you right up to the point when you starting saying that the ticket promotion were unfair and then you mentioned the chocolate bars (I'll come back to that in minute) and I couldn't support that arguement :-)

With regards ticket promotion, I think the club is really trying to re-connect with the fans and lets be honest it needs to. I in the situation we are in, we need as many people to come and support as possible, so I don't go with your opinion on that one - Although I fully appreciate ST holders having already paid. But it is a little like going back to the shop to return some goods because they are now cheaper in the sale. Price reductions/promotions it do happen. Many fans have been asking and asking for it - the club have listened.

I am there every week and would much rather we have crowds of 20-25k, like we did in the first 3 years under the Joe Royale era, the fans are there somewhere - but I do believe you are correct we have now lost a generation due to the steady decline of the club.

I would also agree that the catering is absolutely awful (sorry ITFCsince73, I truly believe you were a Norwich Troll due to your negativity - I do understand a lot of it though). I was near to the front at the Sheff W game and there was a Dad and son, wanting to buy a sausage roll. They had sold out as usual and had only served 10 people, none of which I saw with a sausage roll in their hands!

Trust me no-one is more upset every weekend at what is happening. Lets hope Lambert is the man to turn it round AND talk some sense into the owner.

However, I have said all along it was never McCarthy that was the issue - yes he could have played on the front foot a lot more agreed, but in the beginning he brought us hope too.

Lets hope for a miracle on Sunday.. again fair play for going. I am not. Mainly because I dont want to be hearded to the ground like cattle and pay for the pleasure of it. A good friend of mine is a Man City fan from Manchester and can't believe the police measures.

This is the same situation as when you buy something from a shop only to find it in the sale the following week.
It does make me feel undervalued as a fan who travels 185 miles each way to support the club.
Next season I will buy a ticket on a match by match basis.
I suggest anyone else with similar feeling does the same and put the reason for cancellation in writing to ME marking it private personal and confidential.
He might just listen then.Wingeing on here achieve nothing.

1st want to say great words Northstandveteren. Agree on all your views. And no problem warkystash. Cant imagine more damaging words than to be accused of having an association with a tin pot club like NCFC. Anyway, I prefer to post and comment on my true feelings regarding ITFC. And believe me I'd love nothing better than to keep saying positive things. I think in general I have the same thoughts of the majority of town fans, but then again not all.

My first message was suddenly deleted? Not interested?
It is now confirmed that the Club has little regard for Season Ticket Holders have been ST holders or 29 years & our price for loyalty is being kicked out of our seats when additional capacity is needed for Away supporters (& left to our own devices to find alternative seats).Where are the incentives for supporting the Club through thick & thin?
Why should we continue with our support at a time when they are desperate for it?

Because football is the only industry in the world that knows fans treat their club as a religion and remain loyal. Fans that treat their club as a family. Fans that support their club with their heart and soul.

What a perfect group of people to fleece, rip off and not give a monkey's you know what about.

Any other business that treated their customers with the utter contempt that football clubs do would be out of business in weeks.

I remember the complaints on here about season ticket holders being moved for away fans but didn't realise they were left to find alternative seats themselves.

Disgraceful

I am a season ticket holder and am prepared to live with it this season especially if we create an atmosphere like we did at the Rotherham game.

It must be sorted in the summer though----the club can not keep taking us for granted.
