![]() Saturday, 7th Sep 2002 18:41 Town's Dutch midfielder Martijn Reuser will undergo an exploratory operation on his knee next week. The former Vitesse Arnhem man has been suffering with a knee problem since the club's pre-season programme. Reuser faces four-to-six weeks on the sidelines with cartilege damage looking the most likely cause of his problems. The ex-Ajax player has made one appearance this season, in the UEFA Cup tie against Avenir Beggen at Portman Road. Had he proved his fitness in that game he would have moved to Charlton on loan, however, he limped off with a thigh injury.
