Papa John's Trophy Dates Set

The dates of Town’s Papa John’s Trophy Southern Group A fixtures against Colchester, Gillingham and West Ham’s U21s have been confirmed.

The Blues are at home to the Hammers’ youngsters on Tuesday 14th September (KO 7.45pm) and then visit the Gills on Tuesday 5th October (KO 7pm) before hosting the U’s on Tuesday 9th November (KO 7.45pm).

Northstandveteran added 18:44 - Jul 7 I think it was because they couldn't afford to turn the floodlights on last season BlueArrow. Assuming it's the same this time around? I'm sure Papa John's will have a belly buster for three waiting for him in the changing room at H.T though.

Oh dear what excitement i remember being excited at the European cup draw in 62 after Sir Alf had bemused the football world and then more excited at our first(of many) under Sir Bobby at this stage in my life i followed the Town home and away(and had several hidings at away grounds! but hey ho) and cannot get excited about this competition unless of course it's a Wembley trip(oh 78 what a day out that will live with me to the end).
