We've waited a long time for a night like this but adding players of the quality we did during the total rebuild of the squad, I feel it was always on the cards that at some point, we would start to click.

Although Doncaster seem to be the early season whipping boys of the division, you still have to be on top of your game to produce this type of result.

Having Morsy as the linchpin in midfield seems to allow others to play a more expansive game and Celina obviously gives us an enhanced creative threat going forward, which will drag opposition players around, providing space for our forwards to utilise.

Our open play looked slick with accurate with purposeful passing, which proved very effective at unlocking chances for any of our boys who forayed forward into and around the box.

A great result, hopefully the first of many now we're up and firing.

I can't help but laugh & giggle like a schoolboy watching this! Been waiting a long time for this! Well done all at the club!

Nicest thing about rewatching those highlights is how happy each player is when others score & how they all celebrate. So many unselfish players set others up when they could have gone for glory. Shows a real team spirit & genuine bond between them. Well done guys & long may it continue.

Dare I say it, but after so many barren years we at last now seem to have assembled a squad that show pride in wearing the shirt. It's just so refreshing and uplifting to see the return of some passion and pride at Portman Road. COYB!

Football at its best. That result and display will hopefully give the players the confidence to carry on. Just so so happy the clueless Marcus Evans left this club and we cleared out the dead wood. It was either that or we sank .
