All three were absolute sitters and they have not even made the reel? Ridiculous!

Disappointing to lose but the attacking quality and entertainment is there for all to see (unless you're still an MM fan who hates the ups and downs of entertaining football)
Bonne missed a sitter but he's been great this season so no criticism from me as he'll score those 9 times out of 10 but yesterday was the exception
If we play like that then we'll be ok
Of course Penny was exposed and failed to deal with a couple of situations which cost us but a draw would have been a fair result in an entertaining game against a decent side
We are miles better than we have been for years attacking wise so this gives the moaners something to do again

Couldn't agree more marco. They were all excellent opportunities and we could easily have come away with three points (whether or not we would have deserved them or not is another thing).

Bonne had a poor match and what was Penney doing on that cross other than nothing!

Highlights finished with 20 minutes to go.......our best part of the game. We had 3/4 really good chances after that and both Bonne and Edwards should have scored. Should have at least drawn

Considering the goals scored so far this season compared to previous, I can forgive the misses, however the calamitous defensive errors need sorting as that's what's dragging us down. Either need some January defensive personnel changes or a decent defensive coach & tactics sorted immediately. Will never move up the table with that rot. Cant keep relying on scoring more goals than letting in.

Donacien and Burns missing due to illness didn't help us in this game. If they were both fit and on the pitch, I think we'd have probably won the game.

I still think we deserved at least a draw and if the guilt edged chances we had were put away, we'd have won regardless.

Attacking wise, we're looking good. A few nice passes and deft flicks here and there to open up opposition defences and chances being created in every game.

Defensively, we're still looking a bit naïve and a tad lightweight, especially when the first choices are ill or injured. I'm sure that will be looked at in January and improvements made in that department.

The standard of refereeing in this game was very below par at best and certainly helped Plymouth claim all 3 points. Fouls made by Plymouth players went unpunished and a definite handball in their box by a Plymouth defender missed or overlooked. Referee, Robert Lewis, should go and hang his head in shame and contemplate going on a refresher course or perhaps concentrate on local Sunday League games around Shrewsbury.

A shame we got nothing from this match but I'm sure we'll continue to get better as the season rolls along.

With JD being ill we lost a player who has made a big impact especially with his assists. Really thought he was on his way out of PR when Cook came in. Hardly got a look in under previous management & was loaned out.
