![]() Thursday, 13th Feb 2003 09:57 Town chairman David Sheepshanks says that a share issue could well take place once the club's financial situation has stabilised. The Blues had planned to issue shares earlier in the season but because of the current problems were advised to wait by bankers. However, Sheepshanks says that the club are looking at a variety of ways in which the club can bring in money: "We need to find out a way of injecting new capital into the club and there are different levels on how that can be done. "A general share issue would need to be offered to existing shareholders, and then we would need to embrace those people who want to invest in shares and open ourselves up in the same way as Norwich City have done."
