Le Pen Waits for New Boss

On loan Town midfielder Ulrich Le Pen says he will wait for the new Racing Club de Strasbourg manager to be named before he decides whether to stay with the Alsace side.

Le Pen has impressed this season with Racing but they are currently a club undergoing changes with a takeover recently completed.

In addition, manager Ivan Hasek is leaving in the summer with his replacement yet to be decided. Former boss Gilber Gress looked the favourite, but Alain Giresse and Laslo Boloni are also in the running.

If Le Pen decides he is not interested in remaining with Strasbourg Brittany club Guingamp want to sign him as a replacement for the departing Florent Malouda.

Town are still hopeful of getting a fee for Le Pen who managed just three sub appearances after joining the Blues for a fee thought to be £1.4 million in Novemeber 2001.
