![]() Wednesday, 13th Aug 2003 09:45 Town chairman David Sheepshanks says he is still waiting to hear officially from parties interested in signing Andy Marshall. The keeper and his agent have both spoken of clubs targeting him in recent days. Sheepshanks says: "We have heard nothing more and we are still waiting to hear further as to whether a deal for Andy is on the cards or not." Marshall himself says there is now only one club after him, a second having dropped out. The Blues and Marshall's agents have been in talks regarding a settlement of the remaining 10 months of his contract. Marshall is likely to earn a far lower wage at his new club and a proportion of the remainder of his Town deal will make a move more palatable.
