Murray Wants Loan
Murray Wants Loan

Young midfielder Antonio Murray is eyeing up a loan move in order to gain experience. Murray has made one senior appearance for the Blues, coming on as a sub at Derby in the final game of 2002/03 but has been on the bench on a number of occasions this season.

The 20-year-old says he would welcome a loan: "There is a possibility of me going out on loan and that would be good for me to get experience. You need to be playing every Saturday and it would be great to play in front of a crowd every week.

"That would help my development and hopefully I would come back to Ipswich a better player."

A proposed spell at Kidderminster broke down after boss Jan Molby left the Harriers, however, Cambridge United are also interested, a move Murray would favour as he is from that area.
