![]() Monday, 6th Dec 2004 11:41 Town skipper Jim Magilton says he is pleased to be facing Bolton Wanderers in the third round of the FA Cup. Magilton was a hat-trick hero when the Blues defeated Wanderers 5-3 in the 1999/00 play-off semi-final second leg at Portman Road. The Northern Irishman told the club site: "It's a great draw for us, at home against Premiership opposition, and it obviously brings back memories of the play-off game. "It was one of the highlights of my career, scoring a hat-trick in such a big match, and it turned out to be a fantastic night for the fans and the club in general. "Sam has done a fantastic job at the Reebok and has brought in some exiting players, and they're a team that can compete with anyone in the Premiership now. "Quality players like Jay-Jay Okacha have come in and you need that at the higher level, so it should be a good game. "The Cup has still got that bit of magic about it as well. I have never gone further than the quarter-finals and would love to beat that record this year."
