![]() Tuesday, 7th Dec 2004 11:58 Scotland's new management team of Walter Smith and Tommy Burns have confirmed that Town midfielder Tommy Miller will come into their plans. Miller was called into two Scotland Future squads last season but injury prevented him from playing a game. Burns got in touch with Town regarding Miller's availability for this Wednesday's Scotland Future match with Germany in Manneheim, however, boss Joe Royle says midfielder is still recovering from his recent arm knock: "Tommy is not 100 per cent fit as he is still getting over his elbow injury, and I told Tommy Burns that he is not quite ready. "But Walter Smith the new Scotland manager and Tommy Burns have confirmed that Miller will be considered for the next match and that he is part of their plans." Miller, born in Ashington near Newcastle, qualifies for Scotland through his grandparents.
