![]() Sunday, 12th Feb 2006 23:55 Striker Jordan Rhodes scored a hat-trick for the second week running as the U16s won their derby 4-1 at Norwich's Colney training ground on Saturday morning. The U18s fared less well, losing 1-0 and having Cathal Lordan sent off. Rhodes, son of goalkeeper coach Andy, also netted three goals in last week's 5-2 thrashing of Charlton Athletic. Jack Bloomfield, brother of former Blue Matt now with Wycombe, scored the other goal against the old enemy. Lordan, who had earlier hit the woodwork twice from freekicks, was red-carded for two bookable offences in the closing stages, as was Canary Tom Miller. The home side's winning goal was scored by Seb Muddel on the stroke of half-time. Late in the game, sub Tony Boto hit the bar for Town. U18s: Pétursson, Short, Hermannsson, Haverson, Webster, Lordan, Nimmo (Trotter 52), Fenn (Ainsley 60), Knights, Sheringham (Boto 62), Clarke.
