Former Blue Kieron Dyer will face no action over the allegation that he exposed himself to a woman in a Norwich hotel. Dyer, 27, strongly denied the claim believed to have been made by a member of the hotel's staff.

Lawyer Graham Shear of Teacher Stern Selby said: "On May 25th, 2006 it was reported that Kieron Dyer had attended a police station in Norwich the previous day in connection with an allegation made by a young lady regarding his conduct.

"At the time I confirmed that Kieron Dyer denied any misconduct and that I was also sure that this matter would be resolved quickly. I am now pleased that, in line with Kieron's adamant denial, the police and CPS have today confirmed that they have concluded their investigation and absolutely no action whatsoever will be taken against Kieron Dyer."
