Former Town stars Brian Talbot and Terry Butcher have commented on reports linking them with the vacant Portman Road manager's job. Talbot is currently manager at Rushden and Diamonds while former skipper Terry Butcher is the boss at Scottish side Motherwell. |

Town skipper Matt Holland says he was very disappointed to hear the news of George Burley's sacking on a day which he described as "very sad". The Irish international heard the news this morning and like many was shocked, despite the recent poor run of results. |
