Midfielder Jaime Peters has been called up to the Canada U20 squad for three games with Brazil later this month. Peters has already made 17 appearances at U20 level in addition to his 12 full international caps.

The Ipswich Town Independent Supporters Trust will meet with the Town directors on Tuesday morning to urge them to include a share-save scheme in the upcoming new issue of shares. The board meeting will give formal approval to the new share issue which will be officially announced later in the week.

Town have withdrawn Owen Garvan from the Republic of Ireland U19 squad due to a persistent hip injury. Shane Supple and Billy Clarke were also included in the party and will travel to Slovakia for the elite phase of qualifying for the U19 UEFA Championships.

Defender Chris Casement has been called into a Northern Ireland squad for UEFA U19 Championship elite round qualifiers later this month. The 18-year-old made five senior appearances for Town in 2005/06.
