Town's U18s thrashed Millwall 5-1 at Playford Road on Saturday lunchtime. Jordan Rhodes netted his 40th goal of the season, while Sammy Moore scored twice and Tony Boto and Darryl Knights were also on the scoresheet.

Boss Joe Royle says that Jay McEveley could still become a permanent addition to his squad over the summer. It had appeared that interest in the season-long loanee from Blackburn had cooled with the club's financial position making a deal impossible.
