I don’t know what went on with Lewis Travis when he was at Ipswich, but he plays against Town like an ex-Norwich player. It’s not surprising he got sent off in added time. All of the Town players worked hard but Mehmeti stood out, with some fantastic breaking-the-lines passes. He is turning out to be a top signing.

If only we had bought a decent striker we would have won by 3 or 4 goals !

With our past history in this fixture and also with Sammie's loan there were going to be fireworks. Overall this was a good team effort to earn 3 points with credit going to Mehmeti and Davis. Although not a classic the team is involving newcomers and moving towards a grandstand finish.

We are a completely different energy class when we get ahead. Ref was amazingly confusing and inconsistant which refelcts the level we are playing at the moment. Got VAR to look foward to next season. Positives alöl ove r the pitch. Thanks to Lewis for the gift of an own goal still it was unavoidable and good play from our lads. MoM was OShea. Sure Deby will still have a good season with the effort they put in. This upward trend will continue in the ensuning weeks and months.

A typical Championship match. Very physical with instances of good movement & interpassing from Town, Good all round performance & a deserved win against a decent Derby side.
