Well the teamsheet didn't bode well for an attack minded lineup and so it showed. Apart from Ward there was very little of note and no real stand out performances, very lethargic and far too static for much of the game. Hull wanted it more, were never really troubled and probably could/should have added more to the scoreline but never needed to extend themselves during the second half.

Strange team selection and formation, looked more like something that we would put out for a cup game. Thoroughly beaten, with only Ward deserving of praise.
A sad night for Town on and off the pitch, 5 home games on the bounce without a goal, and not many goal bound efforts during these, a dwindling attendance rapidly becoming disenchanted.
I will continue to support/not boo MY TEAM, feel grateful that we made such a good start to the season, and hope that we can limp to the forthcoming international break and get some of the walking wounded back into the fray.
