Good point but could have held on for win. Delap had to come off as he hadn’t really been pressing all match (and his touch was poor today). However Al-Hamadi came on and was totally off the pace. perhaps he still has that injury problem as he wasn’t moving very well.
So unlucky with Clarke hitting the post. 3-1 would have killed it but the miss led to a tired Davis giving away the final pen. Should we have held Davis back and kept it safe?
Szmodics had a good game and his defensive work was excellent as usual. I think our problem at the end of matches is that we lose Szmodics pressing and Al-Hamadi and J Clarke can’t do that job effectively. The defence all played well. The three centre halves is working very well and Johnson had his best match. Really stupid and unnecessary challenge from Morsy to give away their first pen. First really poor thing he has done this season. Broadhead showed classy touches and great movement. Really proved he is a Premier league player. Delap was a little lucky to win the pen. Looked like he had lost the ball and the contact was minimal. On that basis, 2-2 was a fair result. Look forward to having some more striking options coming in next week.

Both teams gave us a great Sunday feast today. Tactical knowhow to keep Fulham at bay. Just like scorpion Town was able to find a sting but unable to kill Fulham off. Good point won.

Surprised the referee got such a low score......He had 4 (Maybe 5) big decisions to make and got every one exactly right (One with the help of VAR admittedly).

Great to see Broady back to his skilful best. What a contrast between the managers on the touchline. When Silva sees the game back he must think what an idiot I look like. Probably not though.

As for the game, brilliant TV, a little less naivety and we'd be 2 points and 2 places higher in the table.

Two silly penalties given away otherwise I don’t think that Fulham would have scored
Criticism of Delap is nonsense

What a defensive performance, thoroughly deserved 3 points but for incomprehensible decisions from Morsy and Davies. Davies’ sloppy passing and idiotic decisions in the box has cost us more points than Muric this season. Kudos to the other 9 players who did everything asked of them and more

And a 50% fitness level Delap > than a fresh Al Hamadi

Second time that I thought Fulham could have played for a month and not scored? It's those little fractions that make all the difference. Shake down and roll on the cup. Nathan Broadhead is making all the difference to the confidence in the team and Walton is making absolutely amazing saves. Heroes all around and the twelth man was extremely loud on Sky.

Good away point. Shame about giving away the penalty seconds after we hit the post. Team worked hard & still believe with the effort sometimes against sides with more quality we can pull away from the relegation spots.

We are looking like a well drilled unit now but because we are working so hard for each other tiredness is costing us points. Players who are exhausted are very likely to get injured.
