It's one of those things that make me cringe so much looking back. I like to think it was made by one person and those forced with it in front of them had no choice but to hold it
"One of them decided to call the Ipswich fans inbreds, completely lacking in the self awareness that he had a haircut that wouldn’t look out of place on a homeless friar tuck who’d discovered spice, and a stained yellow replica shirt on. "
It's now being mis-reported and trending on the BBC. I'd be writhing in embarrassment more than usual if I was a Norwich supporter right now. Absolutely cringe-worthy.
I disagree on Hirst being poor. Yes he had some bad movement with offsides and yes he was getting frustrated, but his hold up play was excellent. He caused havoc in the Rotherham back line. If that's him playing poorly then I can't wait for an adequate performance.
I also try to like Plymouth - I've gone to see 2 or 3 games at Home Park over the years, but ever since their incessant moaning about Morsy last season it is increasingly difficult to like them.
And the posts on Pasoti are hilarious, they really are coming across as some real whingebags. "Luongo should have gone...studs" "So yet again an Ipswich player makes a nasty and snide challenge on an Argyle player" "You have to wonder if McKenna instructs his players to commit fouls. Disgusting!" "McKenna is a bit of a b*llend. " "The referee is weak and being influenced by the crowd"
And this is not even starting on the Edmundson and Morsy posts. I get they feel aggrieved not to get a point, but how about looking at their own team rather than blame anything that moves and wears blue.
Amber warning and heavy rain predicted all day leading up to the game. Does the Rotherham Grand Canal run directly below the stadium for all the excess water to flow into it something? They have some real explaining to do if this match gets called off.
I think some people here are underestimating the desire of Gamechanger Ltd. to get Ipswich into the Premier League - it is the whole basis of their ownership model. Losing McKenna will damage this model considerably. We may not have Leicester type resources this season, but we aren't exactly minnows.
