McCarthy: 1-1 a Fair Reflection From Worst Game

I watched the game on Iplayer yesterday and whilst there wasn't much action - especially in the first half - we at least looked like we wanted to play it on the floor a little more and retain possession than in other games I've seen this season.

. I saw Bart roll it out to Knudsen a number of times without pinging the bad forward every time. I even saw a few flicks and quick one two passing - this was especiallly evident for the goal! However, we didn't have the threat we usually carry, so I wonder if this is a Team who can't have both: attacking threat and nice passsimg Football?

Definitely a good idea. Something that creates a more positive and consistent atmosphere can only be a good thing. Maybe you should liaise with the club as I'm sure they'd be keen to improve the match day experience. I would add another principle to the above - something around not considering yourself to be 'guardians' of the club. I think the reason European ultras aren't liked is because of the way they act like they 'own' a club and display questionable behaviour because of that! Perhaps you could call yourselves Town's Barmy Army?

If suggest that most players (esp. in a MM team) would want to play regardless of injury, it's surely the club who hold them back on the advice of the medical team. No player wants to be injured regardless inflow much wedge they are on.

Amazing result. Great to have equaled a long standing record and great to see the manager change things up (even if one of those changes was forced). I think we've played Brighton at exactly the right time. Their form is quite poor at the moment - heaps of draws along with their first loss of the season, so really well done to MM and TC for getting what is a great result. Burnley's form is actually much better at the moment so It'd be a real surprise if we get anything at their place. Happy new year all! COYB.
