He has talent but that can still go either way as yet he could stagnate or continue to get better. McKenna has made him a better player and in omaris own words shown faith and given him the chance. Either way no matter what anyone thinks of him 10 million is an unbelievable deal so well done Mark Ashton. For those concerned on numbers do have Clarke, Philogene and Sammy who can play that side. New striker coming in would indicate Ali’s on his way as well.

I said I’d have taken 4 points from first two games. Remember how on top first 65 minutes we were against Liverpool at home last season being the newly promoted side against the league favourites. They didn’t have a shot on target till their goal and we had two free headers against them and should’ve been ahead. Forward a few months they were champions as we got relegated. First couple of games are never pretty. Granted we need to improve but Cajuste, Jaden and for me kipre on the right may make a big difference.

We played our strongest side first half in Scotland sat and will be doing that again this weekend in France. Chill out we started with 2 kids in midfield if you’d looked. Course it’s not going to be great but people on the fringes also need some kind of match fitness
