Good signing! Although I'm starting to think I've been an ITFC fan for too long. I've got real concerns that the Wordsworth deal will fall through. Just because the whole thing has been made so public by CUFC. I think they're hoping someone else will come in and start a bidding war. I much prefer a shock signing that no one knew was happening! lol |

Great News! Although I must admit when I first saw the picture I was worried we'd re-signed Richard Logan! lol |

It just makes me laugh, I'm a life long Town Fan but I play at a decent standard on a Saturdays and Tuesdays, so getting to see a game at PR is rare. I'm exactly the kind of person they are trying to get back at PR on a regular basis with the ticket offer. I love the idea of finishing playing in a few years and taking my kids to the games each week, but the way they've handled this is very short sighted. They need to look at the bigger picture, and unless something drastic happens I won't be going to PR or taking my kids there any time soon. They've basically cashed in my life time support of the club for £22.50. |

I had a season ticket for 6 seasons before deciding to take playing Saturday football more seriously. My thinking being that when I'd stopped playing I'd have the rest of my life to watch town. I probably get to 4 or 5 games a season, normally mid-week games but this season I hadn't bothered as the standard of football on display and ticket prices didn't seem to offer value for money. With my game being off today, buoyed by recent results and tempted by the price reduction I headed down to PR in the hope my love for regular match day action would be reignighted. I have no complaints about the game being abandoned, although I have a small gripe that it should never had been played at all. The thing that really gets my goat is that I'm exactly the sort of punter ITFC are trying to get back on a regular basis by running these promotions but now I'm going to be left paying well over the odds to watch one competitive Championship game. The whole thing has now left my desire to go back to PR on a regular basis at an all time low. |

I hope so too tjhs! probably for the best that we didn't sign Adam Lallana or Lomana Lua Lua on transfer deadline day, the poor staff in planet blue wouldn't have known what'd hit em! |

It would make my day, errrrr actually my season if he took the number 1 shirt! I'd be happy to pay over the odds for a blue t-shirt in planet blue just to get myself a replica too! |

Seriously.... I've worn out the refresh button. I need to see him holding a town shirt whilst sat in the directors box before I'll believe it! |

I've seen him play, and although I'm not suggesting he'd be the 25 goal a season man we need, it's got to be worth a shot. £20k to sign him, stick him on £500 a week for 2 years and see what happens. Maybe loan him out to League One or Two until Christmas and see how he does. That'd be a total investment of £72k. I bet we paid a hell of allot more to have Dyer here for one month. I'd much rather see us taking a risk on a young non-league player with a hunger to prove himself than taking a risk on an old injury prone premier league player that is just doing for the money. |
