Well done to Mick, the Manager. well done to the Coach and well done to every player, young and old, because after five years training and five years trying on the occasion, last night, it worked perfectly! Poor old Derby, they were completely overwhelmed, how can you play football when you come up against a brick wall?
Mick, the only thing we can all do is offer you hearty congratulations because you have proved your point in a most distinctive manner; Grab an early goal then fight to hang on to the lead! We have proved It can be done!
Now Mick you have clearly achieved your objective so I am going to ask a favour. Will you please start, at training. to play the Ipswich way as opposed to the Barnsley way? All it needs is to keep the ball on the grass and for the players to be allowed (encouraged} to pass the ball. Simple really. Good luck. |

Pity we didn't field the same team, possibly minus Scuse, at Cardiff we might have won! Having said that, with us being one point off the top six with a winnable game in hand it makes you wonder if the Second Division of English Football is at its lowest level of all time? |

Lathers - Yes, of course he is....."the Blues having come more into the game as the half wore on having made a slow start during which they conceded Cardiff's goal." just what you would expect with six changes in a side! But the question is, why did he make them and why did he start Celina after his earlier comments? My opinion is he started Celina, and ruffled the team up, thinking we would probably get thumped then he can say to us, the fans, "there you are I have started Celina and look what happened ..."!! Mick, you are more thick than ten planks, probably as thick as ten goal posts.

Kenlock got a lot to learn. Having said that they should be able to do the basics well defend set pieces to start with.
However i dont and never will contribute to the conversation that MM doesnt know what hes doing he sees them every day in training so must have reasons for his is judged by his decisions where i only get down arrows for my thoughts

It strikes me we may have some better players than most of us thought, so, if Mick wants to retire boasting he took three teams up to the Premier League (which I consider his limit) then he needs to start playing his best players from the start rather than his favourites. SWN - Rather funny really. I have just been issued with a White Stick!! Don,t worry though, can stand on my feet but not walk so will not become a danger to people in general!! I must be honest, to me you seem to be an 0k sort of bloke but you do have that downside which gets at people and once they are upset they find it difficult to get away from it. Totally sorry but I missed the bit about a 'White Stick' or, if I did see lt, I just ignored it as someone suggesting you opened your eyes to the overall situation in a, perhaps unpleasant way, something I would let go, certainly in my situation! I hope my daughter has corrected all my mistakes because I type from my memory of the keyboard and I do make many. Whatever is said, we all love and support the most real football football club of all time, Ipswich Town. We shall be Great again one time but IMO not with this manager who I consider a Jackass! After reading TWTD for many years I joined it on the day he was appointed to try and get him out! That is what you might call 'lack of success'!!! |

I marked you down though I did agree with a lot of what you said but it is the incessant wrangling against Tractorboy and several other people which I cannot tolerate.
