They should get on to Tony Hart's estate... they may have an old Morph knocking about. Would be almost life size.

A layer of iron filings in the linings of the match balls and electro-magnets behind each goal (which can be switched off at the end we are defending).

Bristol City
at 12:28 4 May 2021

I worked with a Bristol City supporter when they were promoted. Was their second spell in top division. As I remember they stayed up for three or four seasons.

The guy told me that they had, years previously, won the Welsh Cup by beating Tranmere in the final.

A microcosm of why Boris shouldn't be PM

I can not agree with your last paragraph. Rather than 'young' leadership and new ideas we need competent leaders (of any age) who are able to make things work and get us out of the almighty mess we are in.

The list of reasons to berate Trump is a long one. Typing errors are nowhere near the top of it.

Failed driving test
at 14:31 12 Jun 2019

Rather than blame "another driver" you would be better off accepting that you made a mistake or mistakes.

Acknowledging your mistakes is the first step to putting them right and putting them right is the way to, eventually, pass your test.

Clearly they are very principled people. They have a principle to suit any combination of circumstances and can change them at will.

"I think it would be a disaster for our economy and it would lead to a decade of economic and political uncertainty at a time when the tectonic plates of global success are moving". - Andrea Leadsom talking about Brexit in April 2013.

Talking of driving etc.
at 00:32 10 Jun 2019

Can't imagine BL's suggested manoeuvre would be safe on the stretch you mention. it is a long curve. All you need is someone appearing round the corner coming up the hill in his overtaking lane at 60mph or so and you have a problem.

In any case, why would anyone want to cross the second lane to overtake a vehicle which itself is overtaking?
