| News Comment | Morsy: Disappointing, They Didn't Have to Do Much For Their First Three Goals at 02:40:11
Unpopular oppinion... Iv been saying Walton needs to come back in for weeks.. not because Vladky has done bad obviously, his distribution and shot stopping have obviously been different class, But Walton was Clear No.1 for a reason and one of those reasons was how he commanded the defence. Without him it reminds me of when we first tried to play without Mowbray and then had to bring him back out of semi retirement. |
| News Comment | Taylor: We're Not Happy With the Goals We're Conceding at Home at 09:00:19
Its unpopular because, Because its undeniable Vladky has been exceptional and made some ridiculous saves keeping us in the points... But! Goals have gone in where i think Walton would have let fewer in. I hear however thatVladky is key to starting alot of our attacks where Walton wouldnt be as good? I think Walton gets a chance in League soon |
| News Comment | TownTV's Big Launch On Saturday at 21:42:55
I too questioned why the app doesnt work on Tablets i have a high end Samsung, its usually a screen size excuse because of varying screen sizes etc. But nobody from the club responded. That being said it ran very well just from the browser just allways nice to have a proper app. As far as casting goes you could cast ifollow although the screen allways looked different, probably confussion as casting wont work when one device is on a a VPN & the TV isnt. |
| News Comment | Ashton Open to Debate on UEFA Article 48 at 07:03:24
I think they also need to consider that alot of the "overseas follwing" subscribed to ifollow arent actually overseas. He mentioned VPN's but didnt mention those using a VPN are likely to be paying customers of Ifollow and not all using "moody streams" that arent providing revenue to the club, I myself play my own sport on a saturady and usually get home 20 mins after kick off iv had an Ifollow season ticket for 2 years "Purchased while using a VPN and auto renews) I've only been blocked from watching one game so it took me an extra 10 mins to start watching as it still worked from my phone app instead of my laptop on the giant projector and then worked from laptop again when i changed location. If Town TV doesnt work through VPN i would be lost revenue. If i wont need a VPN on a saturday iband many other like me will happily be paying more for legit service but those thinking the ticket price shoukd be the same as the stadium are off their rockers. |
| News Comment | Walton: You Have to Mix It Up and I Think We Do That at 08:51:13
I Mildly agree that they mix it up... but we see far too many hopeful crosses that go nowhere. We have a lot of chances but are many of the them that dangerous? Too many wrong choices to shoot instead of pass too many wrong choices to pass instead of shoot, too many fluffed shots. "Small Margins" "Not clinical" we needed this generations Marcus stewart and we needed this generations "Burleys plan B formation" and we dont have either |
| News Comment | Blue Action to Trial Cobbold Stand Move at 21:12:17
At the risk of sounding like Keremy Clarkson I have said before that i hate Blue Action.. The tone in which individual members talk to other fans rubs me up the wrong way. The flare incident.. hogging new seats in the North with special first refusal on them.. the behaviour of many of them in the stands. The arrogance of asserting themselves as superior fans etc. etc. Whilst theor hearts may have allways been in the right place the tone in which they have come across has often not been and over shaddows the good displays they organise etc. The tone has slowly begun to change and in turn so does my attitude towards them. The decline in atmosphere has and allways will be because of the North stand development and the decline in the feel good factor arround the club. The upturn can mostly be attributed to the feel good factor returning because of what happens on the pitch. Moving a dedicated noisy group of constant singers to a quieter part of the stand has allways been a good idea there has just never been a large organised that would want to sit elsewhere. The accosustics will sound great the Away fans will hear more of the atmosphere that they never seem to know about. And i invissage a healthy back amd forwarth between Sectioned Action and the North stand. "Can you hear Blue Action sing, No! No!" |
| News Comment | Osman and Chambers on Life's a Pitch at 20:56:02
Deffinitly a liabillity in defense for many years so many calamatis mistakes would have been so much closer to automatic promotion with someone nore solid next to Berra. Then it was all downhill from there and a sign of the problems that he was never replaced. All he did off the pitch was moan and help create a divide as well. |
| News Comment | Streaming Worth £750,000 to Town Last Season at 22:28:27
As others have said it would be interesting to see the figures for Saturday passes and Annual passes, I paid £140 for an ifollow season ticket and Paid for a decent VPN membership too. Watched all games home and away apart from 2 which were being shown internationally and therefore not available. It doesnt seem to effect stadium attendance and i believe many more people would watch through ifollow who either cant attend or wont attend which can only mean more money for the club. The idea that an "Arm chair" fan is of no use and a lesser supporter if they dont got to the stadium is Archaic and idiotic. |
| News Comment | Blues Break iFollow Record at 04:10:55
As others said.. does it include overseas figures as i too have a season pass for £166 and watch Via US (sort of) 😬🤣 |
| News Comment | Lambert: I Left the Club in a More Than Decent Place at 19:00:52
He did Better than Paul cook is with the same squad. Iv allways said our squad is ridiculously over rated by fans & Media with blue tinted acadamy Glasses myself inc. When we first came down. The reallity being that not only is the quallity of player not good enough but they have no fight to improve and care nothing for the fans because we dared to ask for better when Mcarthy told us to F off. They all play selfishly as individuals Some think they are too good for us and waiting for a transfer out or contract to end. Some are allways injured probably from moonlighting in bars and restaurents too much or travelling the country out of "Boring suffolk" The rest just have no hope of being good enough wether they have been good servants or not. We Dont need good servants we need great footballers. I genuinley hope we go all the way to the top and those players get stuck with A bolton who then go bust. There are only 8 1st team players id keep for my squad and only 1 starts. They probably all go once we start challenging for promotion to the prem. Apart from the starter who probably moves to the bench. |
| News Comment | O'Neill: We Will Continue to Look at Every Aspect From a Medical Point of View at 07:05:14
The answers can be found in the changes to hom life Mcgoldrick traveling long distance.. younger players spending more time in seated positions playing consoles and browsing smart phones. No coincidence it has worsened for everybody in lock downs. Make sire they keep active. Trust me i googled it haha |
| News Comment | Ipswich Town 0-1 Fleetwood Town - Match Report at 07:32:26
Dozzel had a good game only midfielder who looked like creating something moving forward. Mcgavin was pinging some incredible long passes so would like to see him more but from the bench. Its clear Sears is out best striker still but respect that he needs to be drip fed back in i think Simpson looked good too so happy for him to be more involved from the bench, but causes selection problems going forward. Keane might not be scoring but he's been making most of the rare chances with his hold up play. With everybody fit they dont suite a front 3. Nolan can pop up for a goal but his general play isn't good enough. Bishop just runs and falls over or gets pushed no product. Defense as iv said all season is woeful we have both full backs and 2 centre backs playin in the opposition penalty box none of them can defend evan if they do get back and Calamity Chambo doesn't suite the last line of defense role |
| News Comment | McCarthy: Keane Out for Six Weeks at 09:13:01
@Phill Didnt Mick McCarthy himself once complain about international mangers speaking about his players this way? It may have been something else I'm thinking of |
| News Comment | Sears Out For Nine Months as Town Suffer Another ACL Injury at 20:20:35
I honestly think this could be see the emergence of Ellis Harrison. Maybe Kayden Jackson. They both showed good signs amd i still see them as good prospects just needed a run of games and more chances. Ellis was obviously unlucky with the injury. Gwion Edwards should be back soon too. I do see Keane,Harrison, Judge, Edwards, Bishop being a good threat just need the run of games and the right system. Not sure i like the 3 up front. |
