| News Comment | Fringe Players Could Get Chance at 13:06:39
Why is it we hear on one hand that todays pros are the fittest and strongest ever to have played the game yet play more than 5 or 6 games in a row and they're all knackered. Consistency (of the good sort) has been Towns problem last few seasons. Chopping and changing a team/system thats working is beneficial how? Yes this season is done but confidence and momentum are important factors. Lets get as many points and win as many games as we can then use pre-season and early cup games to blood/check out fringe players. |

Hang on. One scored 11 goals and the other 14 last season. I thought we were after a 25 a season striker not strikers. |

Unfortunately consistency hasn't been a problem over the last few seasons. We consistently miss chances, consistently leak goals and consistently fail to protect leads or stage comebacks. We consistently put bad runs together and have consistently signed average/bad players. We're consistently viewed as an average at best Championship side with a lovely ground to take points home from. Even Motson had a dig the other night when he said West ham will have to get used to not being a Premier side quickly and accept they are playing at the level with the likes of Barnsley and Ipswich! Next season is HUGE for us to turn this around and PJ knows he's got to deliver. |

He's signed till 2014 but unfortunately it refers to the 24 hour clock and will be the time his taxi arrives the same day we get offered anywhere near the £10 million plus quoted. |

| News Comment | McAuley Reported to Have Agreed Terms With Rangers at 16:04:16
Personally, would liked him to have signed. I know its difficult as an ardent fan not to get annoyed or upset when a player has the audacity not to want to sign or play for your team but it's reality. Reckon had PJ been in charge since the summer he'd be signed up for a few seasons longer already. IF he goes to Rangers he'll do very well. Bougherra is moving to the English Prem by all accounts and Weirs likely to retire so they're crying out for centre halfs. |
| News Comment | Jewell Targeting Reunion With Former Wigan Striker Roberts at 15:54:17
Gut feeling is its a backward step. Would much prefer we were looking at younger players from lower leagues who will come in hungry and with a point to prove. GB used to do alright at spotting these types and i always thought PJ to be likeminded. |
