I have seen a replay of this one! Yes it was and if the handball Man utd that was given against Bornmouth tonight was a pen.....then we should have certainly had a pen. |

He was always a threat going forward and was more than good in his defensive duties. He gave absolutely everything, as soon as the final whistle went he was flat on his back. He's twice the player he was at the start of the season, thanks to our coaches and his great attitude. Whatever happens in the future, I will follow his career and hope the best for him. |

Sorry, maybe a bit thick., but don't see it. Their best chances of scoring were from when our attacks broke down, but for them to break down, the ball needs to be in play! If the ball is out of play, they can't score. They can't take advantage of errors, they can't force errors. Now explain it again in how not having the ball in play makes it more likely for a team to win when you're chasing a win. Genuinely fascinated if there are stats to back these counterintuitive tactics up. [Post edited 14 Apr 1:10]

You're better than me! Also, a late starter to the game, My current HC is 17.7 best score is 83 but far more often closer to 100 than 80! Which in fairness to myself is right given my HC.....but also believe I can and should be be a lot better than my HC |

The amount of alcohol I have had tonight, I'm going to sleep well! Unsure if I'm looking forward to the morning, however.....but certainly enjoying having spell check ATM. |

....not seen in mentioned. I take it, it was a good tackle? I, and everyone around me, thought it was a stonewall pen (viewing from 70 yards away). |

But if the ball was in play a little longer, they may have actually got a winner. You can't win a game if the ball isn't in play. Of course neither can the opposition, but when you NEED a win for any chance of making the PO's surely you get the ball in play as much as possible. |

I would take an Open win (especially at St Andrews) over a Masters, but can also understand where you're coming from, and accept it's certainly a valid opinion. I just wish I had a tenth of the talent of the bloke that came last. I just want to break 80 once! |

To win a match, surely the ball has to be in play. Restricting the amount of time the ball is in play not only decreases the oppositions chances of scoring but also your own. Unless you're already winning, time-wasting when you need a win is not just a little stupid. |

Still the same. There used to be a few dodgy streams you could get, but not sure if they are still about. You can stream town TV commentary for a fee, which is probably your best bet. It's not Brenner, but it's OK. |

My Mrs had a few of them at her work today. One of them told her he was "fu*king pissed" twice (he forgot about telling her the first time) after his afternoon in Southwold. She liked them. |

The reason why we are where we are is that the lads have done that for the last 42 matches. |
