 | News Comment | McKenna: Right Time to Bring in Another Keeper at 16:04:50
At last a sensible comment about the goalkeepers. There is a group of very dubious "fans " who only seem happy when abusing a player, last season it was Jackson & Woolfie, previously Jackson again & Ladapo even though he scored 20 goals. Thanks blues1 for bringing back some sanity to the comments. I still believe Muric can establish himself as a Prem keeper but he will need to regain confidence & the vile views, some on a very personal basis are no help whatsoever. I wonder how many people expressing those views would be brave enough to confront him in person, none I guarantee because typical of cowardice you can hide in front of your keyboard. |
 | News Comment | Saints Unwilling to Sell Downes to Relegation Rival at 15:16:47
Reading some of the comments make me realise that so many with big opinions actually don't really know very much about the club, for example Fifeblue's comment, what about Counago who came back how many times? Plenty of other examples. Then Len Brennan, correct me if I'm wrong but I do believe Morsy was already here when KM arrived. As for Downes returning, over rated & over priced & a liability. Would love to be able to keep Cajuste but unlikely if we're relegated, just an idea, how about Davis moving to midfield as his defending in the Prem hasn't been too good & he has cost us a lot of goals. As a creative player we do have Humpheys return to look forward to, he's been ripping it up for Wycombe but is he top quality? Who knows. |
 | News Comment | Palmer: Time For Me to Embrace a New Challenge at 15:00:42
Welcome to the cess pit that so many questionable "supporters " have created. I've found so many a disgrace to our club, full of opinionated idiots who think they are better qualified than KM & his coaching staff. Today we have LeeJames telling us what the team selection should be, does he appear by magic daily at Playford Road? Good luck Alex because you are going to need a huge amount of it, more than one mistake and the numbskulls will make your life intolerable. Most of them suddenly appeared after we started playing football again after 22 years of utter rubbish so be prepared. |
 | News Comment | McKenna: A Really Poor Result For Us, a Game That Was There For Us to Win at 20:58:17
Amazing how the fans are now turning. I really have to question some, so many new ones since we started our amazing rise which probably has been too fast. Again the knives are out for Muric & the ridiculous comments flood in. Perhaps the defence should be questioned, perhaps the two chances Broadhead had should have been put away, perhaps, perhaps. By the way, Garyinvault, was your Gran a bike? |
 | News Comment | McKenna: Wider Issue Around Abuse in Football at 16:44:26
KM is obviously aware of TWTD & other sites so the players are probably even more aware. I would suggest some players are affected and as a result confidence can be affected & the appalling abuse Muric has been subject to may well have affected him. Obviously we have our favourites but isn't the idea of being a supporter to support, not to abuse as certain people on this site do as habit. I know who the serial abusers are as most people do but they hide behind their "pen names". BB, RW etc. |
 | News Comment | McKenna's Gut Feeling No More Ins or Outs Before Window Closes at 15:28:15
Some really dumb comments, especially Stato's. Chaplin was brilliant in League 1, good in championship but is he good enough to be a regular starter in the Prem? I wonder where people think we are going to magic a CF from who's going to score regularly, who is better than already at PR, I agree we do need more firepower but these sort of players cost big money & we still have PSR to comply with even if its irrelevant to the status quo like Man City or Chelsea. |

Blueboy wasn't it you calling for KM's sacking? Are you going to deny it again? It there in your history of comments, I stand by every comment about you. |

A fantastic opportunity for Wolfie, if this is a genuine approach he would be daft to turn it down. Probably equivalent wages if not better, great weather unlike Suffolk in January and February ⁸ Think he should go & broaden his life experience |
 | News Comment | Hurzeler: Never a Red Card at 12:08:04
Having looked at the incident a few times I believe Pedro should have walked. The ball was no where near him & he jumped at full speed into Walton. Shame Muric wasn't in goal as he's far more of a lump than Walton & Pedro might have come off worse. |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 0-2 Brighton & Hove Albion - Match Report at 22:02:59
Poor game overall. We had a good spell after about 15mins. Hardly touched the ball in the first 15 I thought mainly due to Walton banging it upfield straight into Brighton's hands, thought his distribution poor throughout & put us in jeopardy a few times. Should have stopped the first goal but in may have got a small deflection. Wonder what the reaction would have been if Muric had let that in??? He was concussed? If so he shouldn't have been on the pitch. Brighton are a good team but some of their antics left a sour taste & should Pedro have been on the pitch, can't claim he was going for the ball in reality, somewhat cynical. |
