 | News Comment | McKenna: I Can See the Thinking Behind Play-Off Expansion Proposal at 23:35:42
Spot on Dissboyitfc, i've always felt that there needs to some form of advantage for finishing higher. I maybe would add that 5th and 6th should play 2 legs and play them within 4 days and the winner only has 4 days again before playing 4th in 2 legs. Then whoever wins that plays 3rd in the final at Wembley. Even though the semis are not played at Wembley thank god, I have never agreed on semi finals being played there. I understand the FA need to make their dough, but it just diminishes the achievement of "making it to Wembley", shame about the other domestic cups. |

Chieo does it for 1 game, he'll be injured again in a few unfortunately. Don't doubt the effort or character of the man, but his body is made of glass :/ If he last a whole season without getting injured then lets take him back after his loan :P |

Seem to pair new signings with either people they played with or nationality / language. I think outside of his footballing ability, he would give Nunez someone to communicate fluently with. |

Please can we ensure that no matter the result when Pompey come to PR that we let Chappers know he's forever one of us too. Going to miss him on and off the pitch, modern town legend. |
 | News Comment | Chaplin Set For Pompey Return at 16:10:55
I thought in the first half on Saturday he literally showed us he still adds so much value and different option to any of our other forwards. He's got the best pass in the club to unlock a defence and always finds himself at the end of cut backs, work rate through the roof. I'm not sure how I feel about this one. It being Pompey makes me feel a bit better as it's hometown club, but something doesn't sit right, Chappers is still more than good enough to start for another promotion season campaign. |
 | News Comment | McKenna: The Most Broken Game I've Been Involved In at 20:22:01
Can you narrow minded bells realise we just got a whole new team. Today in that first half we saw what's to come. Relax, give them a bit of time. Couldn't be more exciting time to be a town fan in the last 3 years, I don't see the ride ending any time soon. What a team we now got, time to put it all together, there's no better man for the job than Mckenna. |

@petersongoal Appreciate it mate - I lost my Grandad a few years back who fought back in the war, still to this day one of the hardest periods of my life. I just want to thank you, after seeing your comment it has allowed me to change my perspective and for the first time garner a sense of positivity about his passing. He doesn’t have to live knowing that he and our grandfathers made the ultimate sacrifice for absolute muppets who keep banging on about LGBQT-ABCDEFG. We get it, there's gay people, there's bisexual people, there's people who marries cars, we know, we're cool with it, we don't need it in football anymore. Respect other people's religions and beliefs, it's not always about us. Instead of hating and fighting, be more understanding yourself and realise just because it hurts you and is against your opinion, doesn't make you right. Stop being child. |

After watching that, we are going to need to adjust to life without Sam ASAP... This is not going to be easy. Apkom and Cajuste could be the missing pieces... We move on, however all in all fantastic point away to a potential promotion rival. COYB |

Apologies to some if I came across blunt. I just want to reiterate this is not an attack on his character or the human being he is, from all accounts I hear he is a top bloke and has been a long servant to the club so he has my respects in that aspect. My gripe is, which armchaircritic59 covered, we just haven't been able to produce any talent pushing through the first team or be it, extremely limited in the last 15-20 years... The blame cannot all be on Klug, but I think with the continuous overhaul of the club and the lack of results coming through our academy, I for one isn't sad to see him go and believe if the club is to continue it's upward progression, we need to get rid of some of the old furniture. Thank him for what he done, and like I said previously, wish you best for the future. |

Don't get the send off, produced feck all and was a perfect fit during the ME era to continue the dross. Happy to see him gone in a football context, however best of luck to him and his future endeavours and the small thanks for taking charge of the first team during some managerial transitions. |

Played with pride, proud of the lads today. All of them put in a shift and I seriously wonder where we would be if we ha Alex Palmer from the start of the season. Maybe not of been safe but I feel we would of taken a few more points and be closer to the trailing pack with Wolves and West Ham. Either way, can't wait for next season. IPSWICH TILL I DIE! COYB |
