I’d just get it done at the same time. It keeps your tyres in tip top condition and better efficiency. Also depends on when it was last done. By the sounds of it not for a while, if ever. Go on, treat the vehicle to what is essentially a massage.
Bob Mortimer will no doubt be offering Lando some pocket meat before the race. Perhaps he can pop into his glove compartment and have a munch during this dull procession of a race.
I have 2 EVs Hyundai Ioniq 5 4WD and a Renault e Scenic. Both brilliant. If you get one, you’ll need to change your electric tariff to something that’s EV friendly, my leccy bills are the same as it was before the EVs arrival. So, it’s a win win. Take no notice of “there are no charging points” conspirators. I have driven 600 miles and no issues with finding charging points from here to Cornwall and back. In fact your EV will tell you where the nearest is and how many in use.
One last point, the acceleration on the Ioniq is jaw dropping. 0~60 in 4 seconds…..I have caught a few out thinking I am an old bloke they can pass easily at traffic lights.
Spot on, but if it’s a manual pull away in 4th or 5th gear….it should still pull away, if it immediately stalls give it a wide berth. As this has finance then it’s dodgy. Use car vertical to get its life history and any accidents it’s been in. 20% discount if you tap in the code ‘high peak’.
As a permanent sufferer of arthritis (replacement knee and another replacement in due course due to this) yes, cold weather has ramifications on the issue. I also have ankylosing spondylitis in my spine (basically arthritic fusing), so feel pretty much used to all the nonsense that goes with suffering arthritis.
I suggest to you to get fully checked out with your doctor and get blood tests done. Don’t get any anti inflammatory tablets. Ones like Naproxen or Meloxicam will rot your stomach which leads to further issues. Go swimming and light exercise will help. Be positive. I also believe arthritis is hereditary. Look into family history.
My missus has a 2024 Ioniq 5. EV. We studied many, many reviews on YouTube from professionals and the public at large of different vehicles and they definitely helped us choose correctly.
First of all….I know your pain. I suffer from Anylosing Spondylitis (form of Arthritis) in the neck and spine. I have arthritis in both my knees one knee replaced and one needing an urgent operation. I have gout in my ankle/foot. Walking even a short distance is agony.
Keep away from Naproxen and Meloxicam. Both rot your stomach. I’m on Tramadol and Allipurinol. Lose weight, stay off booze, eat healthily. Knee pillows are a help (JML do them for £20 each, I swear by them). Decent hard mattress (expensive, I know), but it will all help you.
Finally keep positive. Don”t let the condition beat you, even when the pain is virtually unbearable. My sympathies to you and good luck.
On holibobs in Somerset. First shirt I saw was a bleeding Scum Shirt. Luckily I was wearing my Stone Island clobber so felt a bit safe, but vexed that I wasn’t wearing one of my Town tops. Seen several Hammers and Gooners tops. No Town gear at all. Shame.
