The way I've seen his commentary described (and I think I agree with this) is that he tends to pick a team he likes for any given game, and that influences his commentary. When I've listened to other games he's done where we've not been involved it does seem that way. |

This is the issue. Best bet is to get a half decent toner printer that will last you, although that's hard to justify if you only need to do the occasional printing. For inkjets, Brother printers are the least awful, and they don't have a fit when you use non-branded cartridges. |

What I really liked was how positive he was, sort of player you want when they've stuck all their players behind the ball. Him having a wild pot shot ends up causing enough trouble to lead to Clarke scoring the fifth. Really enjoyed how direct he was. |

He was unlucky not to have an assist today, put a beautiful ball through for McAteer. But Matusiwa is the first name on the team sheet, what a player he is. |

He was really good, if that's how he normally is I can see why we've bought him. Matusiwa is quickly becoming a favourite of mine. Nunez looked really good when he came on. Great performances across the pitch. |

As the half got on, Cajuste was doing it more often which is good to see. |

Without wanting to go too far into a battle of what is and isn't a fascist (I don't even know how to describe Kirk), I think saying that just because he was passionate, articulate and happy to debate means he can't have been one is a bit odd. Most dictators, left or right, are very charismatic. He was someone who thought MLK was awful and that the Civil Rights Act was a mistake, and promoted the anti-Semitic, pro-white nationalist Great Replacement Theory. Again, I must stress this does not mean he should have been shot, but I think people are in danger of hand-waving away some of the frankly horrible stuff he's said over the years. |

Welcome to the magic of Unicode. https://home.unicode.org/about-unicode/ What's fun about our flags (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) is that they count as regional flags, so they work off of that black flag with some additional data to then let the computer know which of the regional flags it is. I think some US states that have Unicode flags would have the same issue. What you're probably seeing is that the operating system (or font) does not know how to display that additional data from the flags, and so it falls back to the base of the black flag. When a device is fully unable to render, it falls back onto a box ( □ ) or this question mark . |

If all sides calmed the feck down things like this wouldn't happen. But no. We've all got to post the most outrageous takes for clicks and views. Everything has to be in the most inflammatory language for reactions. It used to just be cranks posting or saying this stuff. Now we've got world leaders doing it, because it works, it gets them attention. This stuff is going to keep happening until people learn that we need to go back to politics not being an us vs. them. |

Historically, it's not that unusual. But agree with all the above, we shouldn't be solving our disagreements with violence. This is the unfortunate reality when everyone keeps on upping the rhetoric for clicks and outrage. |

I believe their point would be that the comparison is a bit silly when people are using paracetamol to purposefully harm themselves. It would be like saying rope is a very dangerous object because it causes thousands of deaths a year in the UK alone. Or another comparison would be that water is dangerous because, if consumed in enough volume, it too can be fatal. |

To be fair to them, ignoring those examples, there is evidence that cannabis can lead to more aggressive behaviour. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32456503/ Again, this focuses primarily on younger adults / adolescents, but what they are saying isn't completely without merit. And this is coming from someone who, on the whole, would be supportive of the decriminalisation of it. |
