Think whatever happens, we need replacement(s) in pronto. This leaves us with basically three central midfielders. Matusiwa who you'd expect to basically be the new Morsy. Taylor who honestly has yet to impress me. Humphreys who I don't think is ready for a promotion pushing side. At minimum we need another 2. |

I think that he was advocating for what he saw as democratic socialism. But that's a guess, a problem with the book it doesn't really advocate for anything, it's more a "don't do this". In the Ukrainian edition for the book he put: Even if I had the power, I would not wish to interfere in Soviet domestic affairs: I would not condemn Stalin and his associates merely for their barbaric and undemocratic methods. It is quite possible that, even with the best intentions, they could not have acted otherwise under the conditions prevailing there… But since 1930 I had seen little evidence that the USSR was progressing towards anything that one could truly call Socialism… And so for the past ten years I have been convinced that the destruction of the Soviet myth was essential if we wanted a revival of the Socialist movement. |

Phil, if you come to this thread and tell us there's nothing in it, I'm going to be very annoyed. |

You can demonstrate that carbon dioxide causes warming at home using some bottles, vinegar, and bicarbonate of soda. I can't believe we're going back to "nuh-uh" on this. I thought we'd moved on from that stupid argument to at least acknowledging it exists, even if their "do nothing" solution was crazy. |

I like the idea that they are bad because they might be abused by an authoritarian Government. As if that Government wouldn't just do it themselves. By the time you have one, it's too late to worry about things as trivial as ID cards. |

I've moved my pensions into a SIPP as I've moved so I've got it all in one place. I use Vanguard but there are plenty of options out there for managing one, they all make it fairly simple. Can easily just invest in a retirement fund and let them do all the work or go completely DIY with it and anywhere in-between. As for finding your pensions, there is this tool available. https://www.gov.uk/find-pension-contact-details |
