If 10 teams all used the same system, they would all be trying to buy the same player/s. It probably needs to be more exclusive to gain buy into pay for the system.
If Brighton give the system to 10 clubs in the Championship, it wouldn’t have the unique factor, and diminish its worth, in my opinion. |

We have already strengthened and also now playing a league lower..
Think what we have is good enough for the Championship.
Also any money we have is likely to go on central midfield and a striker. |

We don’t need to strengthen that position.
If regular football was his main aim, he would not have signed the new contract.
Also it makes no sense for us to sell at the price you are indicating.
You certainly seem to try to under sell our players. |

I can’t see that as a possibility, both are on long deals, and would take £10m+ to make it worthwhile selling, and can’t see any offer of that level coming in.
To answer the original posters question, think that will be it for defensive signings. |

I would guess that the wages would have been prohibitive for a move. He has likely taken a wage cut to join Huddersfieldin League One. |

Actually think they have done very well to get that amount. It was widely known that he only had one year left on his contract and that Norwich wanted to sell.
I do think he is a very good Championship player, however think he is easier to replace, than if Sargent goes. |
