How? Quality, proven staff (Klug, Humes, Hall) have been sacked or made redundant and have either not replaced or poorer coaches? What is the academy budget being spent on then? |

The youth team played more football than when I watched them earlier in the season and deserved to win. Good to see John Mcgreal there - shame it was as manager of Colchester Under 16s and not with ITFC. |
