Bolton Wanderers 2-0 Ipswich Town - Match Report
at 20:20:49

Talk about an overreaction, yes we were not as good as Gillingham but we were not rubbish. individual errors and lack of bite in the final third is what cost us. Bolton were not brilliant today they just worked harder the the Gills and got the rub of the green. We played some really good stuff keeping the ball in the middle of the park but still looking dodgy at the back at times.

Really wish Boone was back to his old self, looking pretty knackered without really threatening their goal.

Anyway we dust ourselves off and go again.

Please forget the top two we might just sneak into the play offs at best.

Brighton Activate Loan Recall But Walton Still at Town
at 15:08:06

Must echo the above statements ,light years better than the other two with all respect and commands the area well. Even under Cook he was a stand out performer as we can all remember. Would love to see this done but you couldn't begrudge him for wanting to play at a higher level and with better wages.

For me its a must but i dont pay the wages.

McKenna Excited as New Town Era Starts Against Wycombe
at 14:58:21

realistically we will not make the play offs this season if the first part of the season is anything to go on. I hope win loose or draw we give the new manager time even if results dont go our way at the start. We need a period of stability ,and Im sure the fans will back the players and manager if we can see full application on the field from the whole team.

Good luck a score like at Wycombe would be great but a general improvement would be a greater benefit to the whole team and management.

McKenna: I've Handed Over January Recommendations But My Focus is on the Players Already Here
at 15:23:27

The right thing to say from the new gaffer: I would firstly make a cheeky bid for getting Walton in permanently as he is head and shoulders better than the other two. I would breath a little more confidence in the backline. Then drop Cooks 4231 system which the players had trouble with all season...or couldn't master it.

We still have a good squad and maybe the numbers we have could help when the pitches become heavy and injuries kick in.

All the best Kieran.

Magilton: McKenna's One of the Top Coaches I Have Ever Worked With
at 13:29:47

Like most Im optimistic about this appointment. Hope he is given time and money from the management. From us he needs patience and backup. I believe he will do a good job and its over to the players now to lift their game, its clear some have been below par of late.

Best of luck to him and us

ps would LOVE to see magic back in some form or anotherπŸ’™πŸ˜πŸ˜

Town Closing in On McKenna
at 20:01:20

Well that's us the fanbase totally split down the middle. Me i hope we get him. The experienced managers have not been pulling up trees and this young man knows big clubs and managers and could pull a few strings to get some decent hungry players in. We are a small club as TB said last night. We really need to get this right and older men with many clubs behind them has 'nt worked at all.

Get behind the guy really back the team up through thick and thin.

Massive respect to those that travelled to see the debacle yesterday.πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™

Thoughts On the Squad So Far and the Best Formation
at 19:27:30

Like it ,the formation i correct though i would have KVY in as right wingback and definately drop Pigott for Chaplin with Fraser in the free role behind the front two. Pigott has been woeful in my opinion.

Fraser: Players Aren't Overawed
at 15:17:02

i always thought Fraser was pretty decent, though not setting the world on fire a good solid pro. Nobody with the exception of Bonne Walton and Edmundsen has stood out for me, not even Morsy. We just look like a team of average individuals which Im hoping a quality manager can turn around for us, the players ,and the club.πŸ‘πŸ’™πŸ’™

Yes this next manager will be of the utmost importance ,just praying they get this right.

Cant help but think getting rid of Cook was the wrong idea but whatΒ΄s done is done. There are still an awful lot of points up for grabs so this season is not done and dusted yet.

Cook: Having a United Suffolk Behind Ipswich Town Can Only Be Good
at 19:39:08

A massive difference from the Keane Hurst Macarthy years and long may it continue. The town and club seem to be buzzing and with a little luck and good results you would not recognise the place from yesteryear.

Good work by all involved and lets turn the whole county not just the town blue.πŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸ’–
