Think we should give AAH time. He will stay till we have at least one striker in the door, but that might be August 31st. I'd do what we did last season with him: keep him till January as Cup/back-up then loan if he's not blowing the bl00dy doors off. |
 | News Comment | Six More Games Including Norwich Derby on Sky at 19:26:43
Oh for the day that football in England gets back to sanity, the billionaires stop laundering $ through the top clubs, and agents stop creaming off the top 5%. All this money is not helping our game or our country: grassroots football gets bu%%er all and the money flows out of our economy and into the pockets of a select few in their tax havens. |
 | News Comment | Hirst: I Thought We Played Really Well, But Aberdeen Gave Us a Massive Challenge at 07:55:44
Fully deserves the 9 shirt: he has been patient, has developed as a player and is far more than a back-up. I think some people still think of him from when he arrived here. He's such an integral part of the way we play. Despite Delap's unbelievable ability, he hadn't got that in his game like Hirst. I'd be happy to have another younger player in as a striker, but not ahead of him. |
 | News Comment | Town Confirm Young Signing at 19:39:11
An interesting but nonetheless exciting signing. Shades of Aluko in terms of experience in the dressing room being more valuable than playing time. Welcome, Ashley! |

Points needed to be reset/only 2024-5 onwards imo. It's like there was an unwritten reset in 2022-3 which means anyone out of the country, long term sick or who had another good reason for missing more than a few, is now at a huge disadvantage. |
 | News Comment | Town Women Sign Striker Dean at 14:24:31
Fantastic news: replacing with experience and quality. Just what's needed for the step up. |
 | News Comment | McKenna: Legend of the Club Morsy Will Leave With Everyone's Best Wishes at 10:06:09
On the face of it it's a lose-lose for Town: Samy goes and we get no fee. However, I trust McKenna that he has replacements in mind, and I trust MA that there's a deal in there somewhere that gets us an upside financially, even if it's just Kuwait paying off the remaining year of his contract (which isn't to be sniffed at, I'm sure). Hopefully we see Samy back again in a few years in some capacity. A true leader. |
 | News Comment | Released Defender Garrad Rejoins Hornets at 18:52:35
There'll be the usual trickle down effect as WSL players move after the Euros, and the clubs shuffle their squads. We may end up with a number of developing WSL players on loan with option to buy if we stay up. |
