That is such sad news and will be sorely missed! .
I worked and managed a few bars/ clubs in Dublin from the 90’s on and saw them a few times. The vicar st gig in 99 is still one of the best concerts I have been to ( n I have been to a few in my time ) and is always on my go to playlist . Amazing voice and his version of Angie is special .Rest easy Christy, May god have a bed in heaven . |

Appreciated many thanks . I will be close to Llanelli and was actually looking at Machynys Golf Club website the other day , sadly beyond my budget and skill level but nothing stopping me going to have a wee looksie when I’m there ! |

Howya all
I’m moving to south west wales in next couple of months ( perfect timing now we finally seem to be back on track ) and was wondering if there are any supporters groups around the Carmarthenshire region that get together for the odd match days and trips to hopefully fortress Portman road during the season .

Dec 2019 I quit, spent the next 4 months losing 30 kilos ( was 109kg at my rut living worse ).
Covid changed my perspective on life so went on a wee bit of a mission , joined a gym ,got my soldier on and went to work .
Lockdown 3 I put a bit back on so I’m happy to be back in the gym so the process continues but still have no urge to smoke which is a bonus as I do miss the smell but not the action. |

I feel my midnight munches choice has not gone down well .
I get that it’s blasphemy for most to tamper with the purity of cheese but ever since I gave up sugar the sweet joy I get from Wensleydale and cranberries is a very guilty pleasure .
In my defence I smoked for 30 odd years so my palette may be lacking sophistication somewhat! |

Thanks for the welcome .
They really were blue tinted times at times but there was a moment of magic when the whole of Europe knew who we were and looked forward to our visits as true supporters of the beautiful game and to pit their wits against a team that was as the great man said himself , the perfect Jigsaw . |

Firstly a thank you! .
As a long time reader of all ITFC pages over the years from various different parts of Europe , TWTD / Green un and Tractor boys ( less so in recent years ) forums have always kept me up to date with what was really going on with and more importantly feelings about the club I was lucky enough to have supported during the Bobby years .
So today of all days I decided to stop being a dirty voyeur and actually come and say hi .
Now for the important bit , Fave cheese!
Parmigiano Reggiano when it’s paired with pasta ,
Blue cheese melted over steak,
Mature cheddar on toast and
Pure fave for munching on -Wensleydale with Cranberries.
Here’s hopefully to a new generation getting to share the emotion , joy and pure euphoria that us from a blessed time ( in football terms ) got to experience week in week out .
