I think it's more a heart vs head tussle, to be honest.
We've trust the McKenna and the club before and look what they produced. I'm sure some scoffed at the transfers and decisions back then, but they came good.
I think they've done enough to give them a bit of credit to see if they can move forward and create again. |

Just noticed that Berke Bakay is the only one of the original trio of Brett Johnson, Mark Detmer and Berke listed as Director.
Have the other two just left etc? |

As Phil said above, funny how most journos had him down as Man of the Match.
In fact, you're the only one here who thinks any different. When you're the only one thinking one thing, it's perhaps an idea to re-evaluate that maybe thought and accept it might not be quite what you made it out to be. |

Has anyone been having problems with the Fantasy PL app? It's not working for me. Keep logging in and it says "oops sorry something isn't right". And when I can get in, it seems to load and operate though a new temporary window instead of directly in the app (bit like if you open a link on Facebook). |

As much as we all enjoyed watching Omari in the Town kit (same as Delap), you'd have to be pretty naive to think a player with potentially the world at his feet and a young lad at that, would feel any such affection or 'loyalty' to play in the Championship when he will potentially have options in the Premiership.
Not to mention an agent whispering sweet nothings in his ear about a huge pay increase.
It's just not realistic to think he'd be keen to stay with that happening, no matter how much we wished. The modern day footballer - and one with such high potential - isn't that way inclined (and neither would you be if you were in that position). |

Very harsh, especially as he was considered Town's Man of the Match that game and was a young lad. He only played because of Cooper resting a knock before the Cup Final and Sivell was out injured.
If you're throwing Overton in, I'll throw in Tom Carson and James Pullen. I never rated Hallworth either, to be honest. [Post edited 5 Aug 0:29]

I'm sure the UK had bad snow around February 1986, from memory? I remember a programme cover for the game against Forest (I think) which was a heavily snow covered Portman Road. |

Would you expect Ed Sheeran to plough money into us if we were struggling but with an owner that seems to want to kill us?
If Fury has no interest/skills etc to takeover (even if he was allowed), why would he throw money at a business model and owner that is trying to fail? |
