 | News Comment | Morsy: Hutchinson Exit Should Have Been Smoother at 13:47:45
Getting rid of Morsy was an insane decision. He's clearly resentful, and I can see why. A passionate, dependable, committed captain who had plenty left to offer us in the Championship. |
 | News Comment | Bromley 1-1 Ipswich Town (5-4 on Pens) - Match Report at 10:51:54
I'm not in the habit of criticising the mangaer's decisions, as he knows far more than I do. However, two recent calls really stand out for me. Getting rid of Sam Morsy strikes me as an insane decision - The most committed, consistent and dependable player and a great captain. He clearly didn't want to leave. He's been the absolute engine of our team and he's evidently going to be sorely missed. Persevering with Al-Hamidi is going to cost us. Like Muric, there might be a half-decent player in there somewhere but it's just not happening whilst wearing a town shirt. Time to cut our losses. Reminding me of Kayden Jackson. Odd to be so ruthless with Morsy and so sympathetic to Al-Hamidi. |
 | News Comment | Blue Action Asking For Donations For Derby Tifo at 16:00:55
It really winds me up when people whine about Blue Action. Young, passionate fans encouraging other young fans and creating a great atmosphere. They are young and enthusiastic, obviously they'll make the odd mistake. I've got nothing but praise for them. |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 1-2 Southampton - Match Report at 19:16:01
Very disapppointing. However, possibly unsurprisingly that confidence was low after the last two games. We move on, we back our team. The last thing needed right now is the plastic boo boys. We lift our team, that's what we do. |
 | News Comment | Ex-Blue Bloomfield New Luton Boss at 17:19:34
Wycombe is under new ownership from the start of this season. I believe they were keen to install a new manager but gave Matt B a chance. He's clearly done brilliantly but it sounds like a slightly toxic environment. |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 1-1 Leicester City - Match Report at 19:34:47
Its pretty obvious at this stage that Blueboy does not go to games, and doesn't even watch games. Just looks at the final score and rubs his hands with glee when we lose. We SO deserved to win today. The ref was appalling. Keep the faith, we played very well. Our luck will change. |
 | News Comment | Brentford 4-3 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 11:16:42
Disappointing to see the plastics, and of course Blueboy, give up their support so easily. It was a positive performance yet an unfortunate result. Now is not the time to give up the support. If anything, it's time to double down. |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 0-2 Everton - Match Report at 18:42:13
As soon as we hit a low point you can guarantee Blueboy will rear his ugly head and will be gleefully knocking one out over his keyboard. |
 | News Comment | McKenna Representatives Hold Manchester United Talks - Report at 13:10:53
He's drifted in the betting in the last 24 hrs for both Chelsea and Brighton. Betting now suggests Maresca with Mourinho & Amorim coming into the equation. Potter the new favourite for Brighton. Poch now the Man Utd bookies favourite, and a fair amount of Man U fans kicking off online about KM being too inexperienced. Feeling a tad more comfortable today about the chances of him staying, fingers crossed. |
 | News Comment | McKenna Among Chelsea's Top Targets at 11:27:42
Kompany to Bayern proves he has absolutely nothing to lose by staying loyal to this fairytale journey we have all been on since he arrived. I would be really disappointed in him if he bailed at this point. |
 | News Comment | McKenna Speculation Continues at 15:12:27
His odds for the Brighton job have shortened over the last 24 hours, generally evens. 20-1 for the Chelse job and 9-1 for Man utd - These odds haven't fluctuated over the last few days. |
 | News Comment | Blue Action Coach Greeting Ahead of Huddersfield at 10:54:34
Blue Action should be praised rather than berated for their persistent passionate support for the club. Young fans are the future life blood of this club, and they don't need shooting down by old folk. I would never expect young lads to behave exactly as old folk want them to. Let them have their fun, these are rare moments and they've been there and endured same dross we've all been through over the last decade or so. |
 | News Comment | Town Announce New £105m Investment From Bright Path Sports Partners at 18:08:45
Is this really an 'investment' or are gamechanger not making a quick buck selling some of their equity in the club? Obviously by selling on part of their shareholding for £105m to another company it means more funds available but I am not sure it should read as £105m to be invested into ITFC. |
 | News Comment | Delia and Husband Issue Statement on Car Incident at 20:39:36
Blueboy's disgusted. Again. As I recall he spent a very long time being disgusted about us wanting rid of Marcus Evans. "Be careful what you wish for". Earlier today he was disgusted that people thought our new signees might add something. Despite spending years berating anybody that dares disagree with his negativity, he's finished with this club because a beer can landed on Delia's car and he's offended by the language on here - it's tipped him over the edge. Farewell, old bean. |
