I assume it’s got something to do with escaping in an emergency such as fire.
The handrail would make it more difficult to exit the rows and evacuate the stand. |

I went to Hertha v Düsseldorf today a match that D-Dorf won 2-0.
Anyway, after the match while I was waiting for the train home a man noticed my Ipswich tracktop and shouted „Ipswich“. He was a Düsseldorf fan and gave me a massive hug, introduced me to his wife and told me that he hoped we’d do well this season.
I thought that was really lovely; in fact it made my day..

Chocolate dipped strawberries?
I bought my daughter some of those last wednesday here in Berlin at the Alexanderplatz Christmas Market.
6€ for three strawberries. Everytime she took a bite I was calcultaing how much it cost me...
Still it's Christmas and it made my daughter happy; in fact I even took some home for her sister and a chocolate covered banana for my son.
This has turned into quite a ramble hasn't it? |
