Not much between the sides for the first 30 mins.
We gift them a goal.
We work our nuts off trying to get back into the game.
Almost instantly they’re back ahead with a bit of real quality.
And we huff and puff to finish the game but don’t ever look like breaking down a premier league defence.
Much quality is needed if we’re going to go straight back up and much more quality needed if we are ever back in the ‘big time’.
Roll on August.

We are all over the place. Let’s be honest.
We have some really stupid players, making awful decisions week in, week out.
We have a discipline problem.
We have an injury crisis.
Personally, I think the squad needs real surgery over the summer. |

The media. BBC, Sky Sports and TalkSPORT ‘pundits’ alike seem to be crucifying McKenna for his tactics and the teams poor on field game management.
Do these pundits know what they’re talking about, or purely looking at us when we play a game against the ‘big 6’? It was real ‘deer in the headlights’ stuff from us today. We just let them play. |
