Most players post something when they move on, sometimes it seems more sincere than others. With Fridge you really feel the sincerity. This group like we had through league 1 and into the championship will not often be replicated anywhere. I wish him the best but cannot help feel a little sad every time one of the core players of the last few seasons move on. |

I hope we’re not being blinded by last seasons numbers. Previous 2 seasons he had 11 goals and 3 assists in 70 games. Similar to Chaplin although for me not quite as good. That said 6 million seems a reasonable price. |

A lot of comments calling him greedy/silly etc. I think this decision is based on him being told he’ll be back up keeper. At 33 he wants to be playing which you have to applaud. The negotiations took a while as no doubt he would have accepted being back up keeper if the money was right. Very sad to see him go, he helped win us a lot of points last season. He goes with my best wishes. |

I don't mind it, it can add to the drama of a football match. Yes mistakes are still made but less mistakes are made with it than without it, but mistakes are highlighted more now with VAR. I cannot see it being scrapped anytime soon. |
